We've listened to your feedback over the last few years to gain a better understanding of what you need from our site. With this in mind, let's take a look at some of the new features in the Jiles Website.

Better Product Information

You can now view more information about products, and see more of the products. With the new shop you can get descriptions, specifications, additional images and see or add reviews from other users.

5 out of 5! Now with our product rating system, you can see at a glance how well rated a product is. If you don't agree with the rating, simply click the number of ticks you think it should get to have your vote added to our system.

Out of stock? Well now you can request an email alert to be sent to you when it's back in stock! Simply click the 'Add stock Alert' button to request an alert. Once we've informed you, we'll remove the alert automatically.

Make it a favourite! Now you can have your own personal stock list. Use the 'add to favourties' button to create a list of products you view or purchase the most often. You can review and manage your list from the account section.

Easier to Navigate

Our new shop has an improved category sysem which lets you browse our range of products easier. It's always there on the left hand side, just click the category that you want to browse! We've also made it easier to sort and list our product range! Simply select how you want the products ordered, or even how many per page.

Shopping Basket

We've put a lot of effort into making it easier for you to make a purchase. We've also added new functionality!

Address Book! You can now save addresses in your address book, and simply select it each time you place an order.

Shop as you Go! While your shopping, you can now also keep an eye on the items and total of your basket! The quick basket on the right menu makes it easy to see your running total.

Start Now, Finish Later! Now you can stop half way through, have a cup of tea and a biccy, then carry on, because your basket will be saved between visits!

Jiles Online Returns

A new version of the Jiles Online Returns system is now available. You are able to submit new RMA's and track existing ones. The new returns system is built directly into the new Jiles Electronics website, so you can do everything in one place!

That's not all, we'll email you regular updates on the progress of your return so you can be informed every step of the way!

And because it's built directly into the Jiles Electronics website, you can control who can place RMA's with the account aliases!
